It really gladdened my heart to see and read about Gabourey Sidibe weight loss.The Precious actress has been on a mission to lose weight by eating right, dieting and working out and showed off the results on social media.
It is so easy to get lost in the movie business which has stereo typed Gabourey because of her weight.So i am really pleased she is looking at the bigger picture and putting her health first.

Gabourey was simply too big and was risking so many kinds of health problems,heart attack,high blood pressure,diabetes just to mention a few.
