Man buried with cutlass,knife and bullets to avenge death in Ghana

A man who was allegedly killed by the Police in Ghana,has been buried with  a knife,cutlass and bullets so he can avege his death in the afterlife.We all know that superstition and witchcraft is a thing a lot of Africans believe exists.But this surely is taking things to the next level.Those policemen must be terrified now if they are truly guilty.
The family of 27-year-old Osei Tawiah who was allegedly brutalised to death by police,  in
Krofrom in the Ashanti region made a 'statement' when his body was laid in state, Thursday, 16th of June.  

Residents were in agreement with the mourning family to place a broom, a machete and a bullet in the coffin.

Also in the coffin was a bullet cartridge, eggs, a sponge, a pair of shoes, a cap, pepper and other items.

The items, according to the relatives of the deceased are meant to aid Tawiah in the spirit world to avenge his death.

The family who said they didn't want the presence of the police at the event also invoked curses on the killers of Tawiah. Media sources report:




The late Osei Tawiah was allegedly beaten to death by two ‘unknown’ policemen at Krofrom, a suburb of Kumasi on May 26 at Krofrom, a suburb of Kumasi.
