Nicon Luxury hotel Abuja.Officials of the Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS today sealed off the NICON Luxury Hotel, and also NICON Insurance Abuja, both owned by Billionaire businessman, Jimoh Ibrahim over N6.2 billion unpaid taxes.
