Family Helen Oritsejafor is the wife of Ayo Oritsejafor. Together they have been taking the gospel of Salvation, deliverance and Healing to the Nations of the World. She is the President General of the Daughters of Sarah Fellowship and Chief Host of "Family tips" on the Daughters of Sarah Kitchen Corner TV programme and "Mama Helen and You" a regular talk show on ABN Africa. They have 3 children,2 sons and a daughter.

How did Ayo Oritsejafor become a priest?
Surprisingly,Ayo Oritsejafor's age is missing in all his biography posts.I don't know why he is not revealing his age ,but we know he was born on November.
While in college the Lord showed him a vision of himself preaching to countless thousands of people with great power and authority and he heard the Lord say “Take my Word to the World". According to his words, in 1972 “the Lord saved and miraculously delivered him during a crusade”. Almost immediately, he “felt the call of God upon his life” and enrolled in the New Covenant Bible Institute, Benin City, Nigeria.However there is another version of this story so we don;t know which came first,the egg or the chick.While talking about how he turned his life around,Pastor Ayo said....
I grew up and went my own way and lived my own life and got into a lot of vices, a lot of things that were not right. I have told people that if there is any bad thing that anybody could do in this world, I did it.At my age and at my level in life, these are things that we are not proud of and will not want to give these things prominence, but I was into so many wrong things. I leave the rest to your imagination. Yes, this was the life I lived......
I remember one day, I was walking along Marina in Lagos, very sad, I couldn’t explain why. You know, when you live on the wrong side of life for a while, that is how you feel. But even the worst human beings you see today on the street, no matter how bad they look, they still have soft spots. That night, around 9.00 p.m., I was walking along Marina then, Marina was Marina and not the one you have today. There have been a lot of changes. Tears started rolling down my cheeks and I started praying, well, should I really call it a prayer? It wasn’t a prayer as such. I said, ‘God, if you are God, do something and change me, I cannot continue with this kind of life’. Three months later, I came home, to Sapele, because my mother was here and one night somebody gave me a handbill inviting me to a crusade. I just didn’t think I was one of those that should be invited to a crusade because I wasn’t that kind. But I went to the crusade and I heard the Word of God preached by the late Archbishop Benson Idahosa and that turned around my life. For the first time, something touched me. That was when I gave my life to Christ, and my life changed 360 degrees.
So for now it is unclear which experience came first,the Marina experience or while he was in college where he saw the vision from the lord.But i am guessing that it was when he turned his life around that he enrolled at the college and saw the vision.

Ayo Oritsejafor’ activity .
He became the first Pentecostal leader to hold the position. Oritsejafor was converted through Benson Idahosa, the first Pentecostal archbishop in Nigeria, in 1972, and began preaching almost immediately. On Sunday 15th of November 1987, Pastor Ayo started Word Of Life Bible Church by divine authority. He has taken the gospel to every continent of the world, having organised conferences around the globe. In 1980 Oritsejafor started the regular and popular television programme, "Hour of Deliverance", which presently airs in many local and international television and satellite stations.
He is also the Founder of African Broadcasting Network (ABN) Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor Ministries was the first to launch a Miracle crusade (Lagos Miracle Crusade) from Africa to world audiences, via satellite, in 1987 with evangelist Joe Martins. As a keynote speaker, he has ministered in crusades with well over 2,000,000 souls in attendance. He has also ministered and still ministers in various international and local Conferences and seminars which has taken him to well over 50 countries and every continent of the world.
As a prolific writer, he has authored several books amongst which are “Walking in Unity", "Power through The Church", "The Battle is in the Mind", "Be an Over-Comer", " Power for the Journey", "Faith Antidote For Daily Living", "A Voice in the Wilderness ", "A Man amongst Men” to mention but a few. In July 2010, Oritsejafor was elected as the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, the apex body of all Christians in the country.
As of 2015,Oritsejafor's net worth was said to be $9m! Praise the lord!
He was in the news in 2015 for being caught up in the controversy of a private jet that was seized with $9.3m in South Africa.The jet was said to belong to him,the head of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) owns the private plane with US registration number N808HG, which is one of the jets recently seized by the SA officials.
