I have been very impressed by footballer Nwankwo Kanu's continuous commitment to his heart foundation.You remember Kanu's life was saved when he was discovered to have a heart ailment while playing for Inter Milan in Italy.Since he had his life and career saved way back then,he has put his life and time into his Kanu Haert foundation saving many lives in the process.It all seems like ages ago that Kanu almost lost it all..It's a wonderful thing to see he hasn't forgotten this many years later.
The legendary footballer visited Uganda Heart Hospital on Wednesday March 30th and donated wheel chairs and Spiro Meters to the hospital. Kanu Heart Foundation is assisting the less privileged there. He was later seen playing football with kids at a ghetto in Uganda...more photos after the cut..
