Nigeria's President Buhari was yesterday decorated with highest honor in the Republic of Benin, the Grande Croix Du Benin (The Great Cross of Benin).The President of Benin Boni Yayi,vestowed Buhari with the honor.Buhari had been to the Republic of Benin on a state visit to have talks about Boko Haram and also celebrate Benin's independence day.
