Onigbanjo husband of designer Maureen Maufechi dies in London

Sad neews,Latif Olawale Onigbanjo,the husband of the famed designer Maureen Onigbanjo of Maufechi house has died in London.Olawale Onigbanjo had arrived in London
on the 8th of July for a medical check up.He sadly and incredibly died on the same day! The flight must have contributed to his death,maybe he didn't move around much on the flight for circulation.
Latif arrived in his Hendon home in London and tried to open the door,but for some reason,the lock did not open,he then went over to the neighbours to get some help in opening the door.He slumped and died at the door! There is said to be a history of heart problems in his family,probably high blood pressure,which is very common in Nigeria and the black community,but we don't pay enough attention.High blood pressure and hypertension is the highest killer in the world,even higher than cancer! It's called the silent killer,cos you could be fine one second and without warning,you slum,have a heart attack and you are dead! The lucky ones might escape with a stroke,

Pls i implore everyone,especially once you are getting close to your 40s to have your blood pressure taken.You could be saving your own life with that little step that takes a minute.

His wife Maureen Onigbanjo is a big name in the fashion industry of Nigeria having won many awards such as Iya Oge Fashion Award 1986, Afprint Designer of the Year 1985 and Silverbird Award 2003, amongst many others.
