Lauryn Hill has been barred from entering the UK due to her legal problems with the IRS for tax evasion.I am really confused about this,did the USA put an embargo on her not to leave the country or has the UK got a law which now forbids anyone with a record entering the country for a period of
time? I know this aplies to crimes such as rape,murder etc,but tax evasion?
