Incredibly disgusting pictures of negelcted YABATECH!

I remember the Yaba College of Technology very well.As a kid i was camped there by the Lagos state government for 2 weeks before a festival.It was beautiful with all the facilities and infrastructure in impeccable state.Now bearing in mind that was many many years ago,i still have driven past the Yabatech many times and it still looked in decent shape.
So imagine my surprise in seeing these despicable pictures of the great institution.Why do our authorities and government always have to do this to us? Why is maintenance such an evil word in Nigeria? Our youths have to study and school at these places? Absolutely disgusting!
