Damn! Miss Berry ain't taking it easy at all with this dude,but what kind of man goes to court to challenge what he is being payed by a woman? He should just quietly sort this out and get what comes his way! But then again,it's now an equal rights world right? I don't think
so,cos a woman would be definitely getting more money than he was.
Halle Berry will battle her ex-boyfriend in court on Tuesday,as she fights to have his child support reduced from $16,000 to approximately $3,800 per month.The 48-year-old star filed court documents late last year asking a judge to reduce the amount of money she is paying Canadian model,Gabriel Aubry to care for their seven-year-old daughter Nahla.
According to TMZ,while she is happy to pay for Gabriel to properly look after Nahla, she believes he is using the money to avoid work and he needs to get a job.A document submitted to the court by the 48-year-old beauty and her lawyer last November allegedly stated:
There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns.' The former couple currently have joint custody of the seven-year-old.
It's a funny case though,women do this all the time,so why can't he? I'm playing devils advocate here :)
