My headline sounds so funny,sounds like a family business,Sule Lamido and sons..lol..I guess that's exactly what it is,they were chopping the money together,so its only too right they should be in this together.But i'm afraid,this would end up like all the other big profile cases of EFCC..ACQUITTAL!
Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the federal High Court in Abuja today granted former Jigawa state governor, Sule Lamido and his sons, Aminu and Mustapha N75 million bail. Lamido and his sons are standing trial for allegedly embezzling N1.3 billion public funds while he served as Governor of Jigawa state. The trio were remanded in Kano Prison on July 9th and were flown to Abuja yesterday for their bail hearing today. See more photos after the cut...
