All these people need to take a chill pill and get on with the game! The women football is only just attaining heights yet they wanna get the same treatment and respect that the men who have been playing for 200 million years get? Get real! You have to earn your stripes! If Alex Morgan gets called good looking so what? She is pretty isn't she? And before you say anything,i am a woman too.But i just feel petty squabbles like these takes away from what we are trying to achieve.Who cares if they thing Alex Morgan or any girl is pretty? I'd rather be called that than ugly,won't you?

The second sentence of the piece referred to Morgan as ''a talented goal scorer with a style that is very easy on the eye and good looks to match, she is nothing short of a media phenomenon.''

One Twitter user asked if FIFA would be commenting on Ronaldo's looks on the day of a World Cup semifinal. FIFA also was criticized after the match tracker on FIFA.com referred to the players by male pronouns during the tournament-opening match between Canada and China in Edmonton.

No complaints when David Beckham was always referred to as a sex symbol during his playing days.

In the run-up to the Women's World Cup in Canada, FIFA and the Canadian organizers were criticized for putting the tournament on artificial turf. A group of women, led by American star Abby Wambach, filed a claim in a Canadian court that said holding matches on artificial turf amounts to gender discrimination because the men's World Cup would never be played on fake grass.

I think there are too many feminists in football who just wanna blow their trumpet unnecessarily.The same Alex Morgan you are screaming about,won't be complaining when a cosmetics company gives her an endorsement deal based on her looks,but you have to ignore the fact that she is pretty when you write about her.If she is the poster girl for for football,so be it.Muhammad Ali was called pretty several times,Oscar Dela Hoya was called pretty many times.Why do women and certain press or people make out its only women or Alex Morgan who has had their looks highlighted?

Whatever you say about Alex Morgan's looks won't affect her display on the football field,and if it does then she is not a professional.You guys should take a chill pill,have a coke and a smile!
