So happy to see this.It's about time African artists make a stance against this rubbish that BET does every year1 It's just like back to the days of slavery,when you get a black man to perform at your hotel or club,but they can't come in through the main door,they had to go in through the back door and could not sleep in the very hotel they performed in or use the swimming pools,bathroom etc.Except this time,it's a black organizatin doing it to black people.Disgusting!
Fuse ODG protested against BET first,then Yemi Alade and arguably
the biggest of them all,Wizkid.
A lot of Africans watch BET all over the world and help make them money from adverts.we are good enough to take outr money,but not good enough to recieve your awards on prime time viewing.
Now BET has to make a stance,play us and honor us like the rest of the Americans,or they can take their awards and go and play with it!
