Does this kind of nonsense still happen in Nigeria?I thought all this went away when the military went back to the barracks! This is total nonsense and abuse of power! It is high time someone in authority issued a directive publicly that any Nigerian officer found doing this
will be severely punished or lose his job! Can you imagine what these soldiers did when they were in power! Making a man frog jump on the road just because he scratched your car! What if that man had a medical condition,slumps and dies on the road right there?This is exactly how they burnt Fela Kuti's house! That's what happens when you have a military full of illiterates!
