Nigerian Idol season 5 has come to an end amid fanfare and a winner! K-Peace who is fondly referred to as the King of Originality and Fuji emerged winner of the Etisalat-Sponsored Nigerian Idol season 5 after garnering months of love, affection, & votes of the judges and viewers nationwide with his heart-wrenching performances that started with thousands of contestants at the auditions that took place in Benin, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Ibadan and Lagos.

K-Peace smiled home with a brand SUV, cash prize of N7.5 million and a mouth-watering
recording deal with Universal Music Company.

The highlight of the finale was the performance of the Nigerian-French singer Asa, songwriter and recording artist, Asa who lit up the stage and hearts of guests with hit songs from her chart topping new album, Bird of Stone.
