Family sources say he died this morning in his Abuja residence, few days after returning from Germany where he had gone to receive treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
Until his death, Senator Zanna was very vocal on issues about Boko Haram and the plight
of the North East. He was aged 55.
He is survived by wife and children.
