Goodluck Jonathan has called on Buhari to probe all past Nigerian Governments and not just his or else it's a witch hunt.Looks like things are about to fall apart.Buhari has got corrupt Nigerian ex officials shaking in their boots.But somehow i don't think its gonna happen,There's too many important heads that would roll,they will find
a way to limit the probe if any is my guess.
President Jonathan has asked president-elect Buhari not to single out his administration for any probe his administration may carry out when he assumes power. Speaking during the valedictory session of the Federal Executive Council in Abuja today May 27th, Pres. Jonathan said those who are calling for probe should also demand for probe on how oil wells were allocated in past administrations. Recall the Former Defence Minister last week called on Gen Buhari to probe the GEJ administration when he assumes power.

"Some people are even calling for the probe of the government, but I think in Nigeria, there are a lot of many things that will be probed, very many things, even debts owed by states and debts owed by this country from 1960 up to this time. They say it is Jonathan's administration that owes these debts. I believe that anybody that is coming for probe must also ensure that this probe is extended beyond the Jonathan administration. Otherwise, to me, it will be witch-hunt. If we are very sincere, it is not only the Goodluck Jonathan administration that should be probed." he said.I think President Jonathan has a very good point,but i guess they have to start from somewhere,so i am guessing they start with the present.A Yoruba proverb says if trees fall upon trees,the first ones you remove are the ones on top! So if there is gonna be a probe,i won't be surprised if it starts with Jonathan's administration..sorry Jona.
