The 35 year old man from Taraba, Mr.Paul Jamasuru Tankwa has vowed to present President Jonathan
with a Peace award and to congratulate him for conceding defeat.. According to reports, Paul set off for Abuja from Jalingo, Taraba state yesterday. They are awarding Jonathan with the Peace Maker and African Hero of the year award .
