Why is this man Dr Chukwumeka Ujam who was caught during the elections by soldiers with 4000 PVC's proudly showing off his INEC winners certificate? Should he not have been disqualified or even awaiting trial in a criminal court in Nigeria?
The man,Federal house of reps aspirant, who was paraded after
being allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA Enugu State, has been awarded his 'winners'' certificate by INEC.
Dr.Ujam, contested for the post of member of the Federal House of Representatives, Nkanu East/West, Enugu in the just concluded 2015 elections.He was paraded by soldiers on elections day.
