President Goodluck Jonathan has decided to name a Road in Abuja after himself, less than 4 weeks to him vacating power! Nigeria is just an incredible country.Even if President Jonathan is to have a road named after him,it should not be done by his own administration and 4 weeks before leaving. This totally stinks from
here to the high heavens! They conveniently put together the names of a few Nigerians so as to say its a general scale and name roads in Abuja after them. Why? What have these people done? I can only see about 4 or 5 people here who deserve immortality.Kofi Anan among them.Take the Vice President Sambo for example? What has that man ever done for Nigeria in his life?

He must be the most faceless and less effective VP ever to walk this earth! The man Sambo should be made to pay back every single Kobo he earnt in office as Nigeria's vice president! Yet he is having a road named after him in Nigeria. The whole thing is a bloody joke.President Jonathan is trying to leave his name on the pages of history for ever.Well ,he should have done something worthwhile for the nation and Nigerians would have been screaming for everything to be named after him!
Vice President Namadi Sambo, even he looks baffled at having a road named after him in Abuja. |
If all these people are having streets named after them, why isn't Olusegun Obasanjo having a street named after him? He has been a 3 time Nigerian president and more effective that the Jonathan joke administration. Why hasn't Professor Jega had a road named after him for his work with INEC which was hailed by many?like i said once again, the whole thing is a joke..Nigeria is just one big comedy!
