PDP and Goodluck Jonathan has won the Rivers state Presidential election with 1,487,075.The APC had 69,238 votes.

left the audience in stitches of laughter and had to be prompted many times by Jega,the head of INEC.When he could not seem to read the writings properly, Professor Etu-Efeotor explained that,he reads typed documents rather than written by hand.At this point,Jega asked the professor,"but who wrote the report?" The Professor answered,"i did,but under special circumstances" Once again,the audience burst into fits of laughter..the man was truly a clown. It was as if he was scared to read the report himself.
Eventually,Jega had to ask another man to read the report,as the Professor was taking unnecessary long time to read the Rivers election report.
