Reports coming in is that Beyonce 's dad is so broke now he is resorting to selling memorabilia from his daughters career! But should Beyonce be taking sides in a mum and dad situation despite father's sacrifice for her career in the early days?
Beyonce is thought to have cut her father off for cheating on her mother and having kids by
other women.The whole episode has left Mattew Knowles so broke he had to hold a yard sale to unload Beyonce's old tour souvenirs and Destiny's Child band memorabilia over the weekend.Mathew Knowles is said to have sold several posters, DVDs, tour T-shirts and of Monday, Mathew was still selling bins of old things including 'a giant Beyonce poster for $200, old tour books for $20 and various pieces of House of Dereon clothing,'
Solange's album, sold for much less at $1.96.
I think people forget so soon.Any body who knows Beyonce and Destiny's Child story ,will know how much sacrifice Mathew Knowles made for his daughter's career.Giving up his job,selling his home to nurture and develop her career.No matter what he has done,Mathew is still her father and it is wrong for Beyonce to cancel out her dad because he cheated on her mum.That is an issue between both parties.What is the point if she is worth almost a billion Dollars and her dad is suffering? I can't understand people sometimes.It is not as if he abused her on beat up her mother.He had an affair,sh*t happens,people marry and get divorced.Think of the loads of girls out there who had more talent than Beyonce but never got to the top because they had no one championing their cause.
