Earl Hayes (one of Floyd Mayweather's best friends) and Stephanie Moseley (Hit The
Floor Dancer) have unfortunately passed away in a shocking murder-suicide involving the couple.
According to TMZ:
"We're told residents at a swanky L.A. apartment complex near The Grove heard shots ring out early Monday morning. The SWAT team raced to the scene and knocked down the door of an apartment ... and found 2 people shot to death.
The rapper Earl Hayes -- who was once signed to Mayweather's record label -- often partied with Floyd. Moseley has been a backup dancer with numerous singers, including Chris Brown and Britney Spears. It's unclear who shot who ... but residents heard a woman screaming.
Sources connected with Moseley and Hayes tell TMZ ... he had accused her of infidelity with a famous singer.It's just a bloody waste of two lives..over what?
VH1 Hit the Floor star and dancer Stephanie Moseley was shot dead at her home last night by her husband, rapper Earl Hayes, who then turned the gun on himself. Earl, who is a member of boxer Floyd Mayweather’s Money Team. Earl was said to have been haunted by Stephanie's infidelity and recently accused her of cheating with singer Trey Songs.
Neighbours of the couple called the police after they heard gun shots from the couple's LA home and heard Stephanie screaming. When police got there, they found the bodies of Stephanie and Earl. And there even reports that Floyd witnessed the murder via Facetime.
Sources connected with Hayes tell us ... around 2 years ago he separated from Stephanie because of what he says was her affair with Songz. They got back together but, as one friend put it, "He was crushed and never got over it." We're told he frequently brought up Songz.
Hayes accused Moseley of having multiple affairs with various other entertainers. She was a backup dancer who worked with numerous famous singers, including Chris Brown andUsher, but we're told Hayes never mentioned them as a source of conflict.
Hayes and Moseley married in 2008 and his friends say he loved her and tried rationalizing staying together.

According to our Floyd sources, Earl said he was going to kill his wife. The champ was pleading with him to get a grip ... to no avail. Floyd will not say how much he saw, but he acknowledges he was a witness and heard everything.
Floyd is in shock and is having extreme difficulty dealing with the fact that he witnessed a horrifying murder/suicide." TMZ reports
