I think Ex Nigerian international Efe Sodje just took leading by example a little bit too far.Macclesfield assistant manager and former Super Eagles defender Nigerian Efe Sodje has been accused of insulting the girlfriend of one of his players with abusive language. Lavelle-Moore, 20, accused Sodje of approaching his partner while he was warming up on the pitch ahead of a 1-1 draw at Nuneaton last month.
He alleges Sodje told 26-year-old Cara Cofie that the forward had not been picked due to a lack of aggression. It is claimed that Sodje then said something rude to his girl friend with words i can't use here. According to DailyMail, striker Malachi Lavelle-Moore says he is considering quitting football after Sodje’s alleged outburst. It is understood 42-year-old Sodje was suspended for just over a week.
