Gospel singer, Kenny st Brown who lost a seat in the House of Assembly APC primaries, has shown how naive she is with some of her utterances.Kenny revealed she was the best candidate in her constituency and only lost cos she stepped down. But from what i read her name was among the participants. You can't contest and step down can you?But the most naive thing i felt Kenny St Brown said was
saying,"at least i'm a politician now" Hahahahah ,these people have no idea at all,of course over a due course you can become a politician, but announcing your intention to contest 2 months ago and losing does not make you a politician.

I have been to France several times, speak the language too,but it doesn't make me a french citizen till its official, like every thing, you have to pay your dues, and 2 months of collecting a form and losing does not make you a politician. What have you been involved in? How many public debates? How many bills have you sponsored? Do you know the problems of your constituency? I can go on and on..I wish Kenny well, but she should not get ahead of herself..step by step..this is what she revealed in her interview as to why she lost the election..i'm even confused, did she lose or step down? lol
It is the leaders, we did what our leaders wanted. I aligned to their will. It was Lai Mohammed’s son they wanted. It does not mean I cannot be put elsewhere to serve, it is not that I lost.
The other guy has never been a legislator too. We are all new. We have a lot of new faces in APC than anywhere else.
I congratulate the winner. I learnt he came out four years ago and he was told to step down for Ikuforiji. We are gathering experience and we will gather more experience.
It is not a bad situation. I was able to convince people that I could do it. I was able to add my voice. It is even a feather to my cap now. There is no hard feelings about it. I was able to come out for what I believe. It is just a seat in the House of Assembly. I can still get a seat elsewhere. I have passion for women and youths. I went through all the processes. I was the best candidate in my constituency. At least, I am a politician now.
