Looks like Bill Cosby could still face prosecution in cases connected to rape allegations.
Judy Huth, who sued the comic legend , has fired her attorney and
filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department on Friday.
Huth, who is now represented by famed attorney Gloria Allred,
Cosby’s attorney claims Huth was trying to extort money from the comedy legend and that the statute of limitation has run out. LAPD tells RumorFix that Allred and her client met with robbery homicide investigators to discuss a sexual assault and it is now an open investigation.
Does this mean Bill Cosby could face prosecution? I mean if the police opens up an investigation,surely that is a procedure to possible prosecution isn't it?
