Enyeama speaking after playing for his club Lille against Everton in the Europa league expressed his fears of the ebola virus spreading says,
playing in the African Cup of nations was risky for everyone.The Nigeria keeper Enyeama said, 'I really wish it doesn't happen with all the people that will be moving around but I'm not CAF. I'm not the one who calls the shots,It's risky for everyone because you go to Africa and then everyone is hugging you and shaking you, and what can you do? You're at risk.
'But if it happens I will play, if we qualify.'
It remains to be seen what decision CAF will make,but it's a no brainer,the competition should not be played.CAF are probably worried about the monetary gains,but is that more important than human lives and the risks involved?They even threatened to ban Morocco if they withdraw from hosting the tournament,that is just sheer madness!
