Emeka Ike shows No class as he attacks Ibinabo Fiberesima!

Emeka Ike wants to lead the AGN but has shown no class in attack of Ibinabo Fiberesima.

I'm not really too bothered about who leads whatever faction in the Nollywood film industry.They are all the same anyway,as far as i'm concerned they just wanna "chop money" and move on to the next better thing.Otherwise why would they all be so desperate to president of all these guilds?They approach it like a political position.With war and fighting in the press.Be it with PMAN which represents the musicians or the Nollywood faction,AGN.it's the same result.Why should an actor or a musician devote so much time to fighting for a position when they should be busy honing their craft?I'll tell you why,MONEY!

Don't believe all that crap about them wanting to build or help their industry.All countries
that i know of,well apart from Africa anyway,the artists are too busy for these positions.They actually cry out for them to get more involved.It's only in Nigeria or maybe other African countries which i know nothing about-but i'm pretty sure they are much the same.Anyway its only in those territories that you find an actor fighting tooth and nail to be the president of PMAN or AGN Actors Guild of Nigeria.
Now take the latest case,Emeka Ike,i am very annoyed and surprised with him,cos i always thought this waas an actor who had class.He is educated so i expected a lot from him.Imagine my surprise when i heard him blasting the current President of the AGN.

Emeka Ike wants to run for President of AGN,ok,nothing wrong with that,he wants to join the gravy train.He exposed 5 men who are producers who allegedly sleep with girls on the casting couch before they employ them,if he has proof to back that up,all fair and well.Although i can't see why their is an uproar about that,it happens ain all other walks of life so why the surprise?A pastor sleeps with his church member,A bank manager sleeps with his staff member,a teacher sleeps with his student to pass her,and averagely every Nigerian boss tries to sleep with a lady looking for employment before they give them a job,it goes as far as the Nigerian man refusing to help a lady if he can't get into her pants1 I'm not saying this is right,i'm just saying Emeke should not carry on like this is a shock,when it is the norm in Nigeria.

Ibinabo Fiberesima,an easy target for clueless bunch to pick on.

But all that did not surprise or annoy me.What annoyed me about Emeka Ike is his attack on the current president of the AGN,Ibinabo Fiberesima.He says she's an ex convict,so she should not be recognized as the president! What kind of talk is that? Spoken like an uneducated man.I can't believe he said that.SO WHAT IF SHE'S AN EX CONVICT? Is she a terrorist?Is she a rapist?Did she embezzle money to become an ex convict?She was involved in a motor accident where someone unfortunately died.It can happen to anyone.Does that mean anyone who has been to jail is not fit to hold a public office or hold their head up high in society?Does that mean Fela Kuti,Gani Fawehinmi,Obafemi Awolowo,Wole Soyinka,Nelson Mandela, just to mention a few are all not fit to be recognized,hold a public office or hold their head up high in society?All these people i mentioned have been to jail and if Emeka lives to be 150 years old ,he can never attain their greatness!

 I am tired of all these people attacking Ibinabo simply cos she has gone to jail! She is not a terrorist or an armed robber,she killed someone in a car accident unintentionally.I am also greatly disappointed in Emeka Ike on this attack and it clearly shows he is not mature enough,to hold the position of the president of the AGN that he seeks.He just wants to jump on the gravy train.What he should do is concentrate on how he can improve his undustry instead of coming and taking cheap shots at his president like a motor park boy.Whatever what he thinks of her,Ibinabo is the President of his industry and he should show some respect.And not embark on a do or die campaign like the politicians.
Here is what Emeka had to say about his industry while speaking to journalists..some of what he said made sense,but frankly he lost credibility with me with that miopic attack on Ibinabo Fiberesima.Just imagine for a second,if he becomes president and one of the actors gets into a bother which they had to go to jail for.How is he gonna treat them?Is he gonna banish them? Well you and i clearly know the answer to that.
Once again below is Mr Emeka Ike's views while addressing journalists...

“There are five people who have taken the laws of Nigerian movie industry into their hands. They are Emma Ogugua, Murphy Stephen, Sunny McDon, Okey Bakassi and Ifeanyi Dikeh. These five people registered Actors Guild of Nigeria as their personal business. No other individual can come in. “My first concern is to clean up Nollywood, clean up AGN. Every Nigerian youth wants to act movies now, what future are we leaving for them? Where are they going to write their names?

 “The two bedroom in Surulere where they would ask you to come and grace their beds before they give you roles? Where they would make you join a gay group or lesbian group before they talk to you? Nollywood has gotten so bad that you must either strip and grace their beds or join the gay or lesbian group to belong.

 “The people at the helm of affairs are the ones killing Nollywood. Some of us the well-known actors don’t even know their rights. I dare say it again, they don’t. Nobody can come out to challenge me. “We built this industry with pain. Those who are at the helm of affairs now, people don’t even know them in the movies. They just came in and messed everything up.

 “Ibinabo has been acting as the president of AGN for years now, but with her case as an ex-convict, do you have any moral justification to recognize her as the president? The court case is still on and the war continues. “That wasn’t the industry I founded. My daughter will not to go into that industry tomorrow and they would say she must sleep with one of them to get a role. Neither would my son be a part of Nollywood that is full of immoralities,” he said.
