I thought Pistorius didn't have a leg to stand on at beginning of Murder case |
and unbelievable.I can't even begin to go through all the indiscrepancies now. What surprised me again was the fact that the judge was a woman. You would have thought she would have had a side that empathized with the dead girl friend of Oscar Pistorius. But i guess that's why Judge Masipa was chosen for the case. She is a total professional and had to call it as she saw it,even though i think she saw and called the case wrong.
For me Oscar Pistorius is a very lucky man.He has escaped a sure bet murder case, from not having a leg to stand on at the start of the case, pun intended by the way,he now faces a strong possibility of not going to jail.
If Judge Masipa is saying Pistorius was a bad witness, and was also slaying him him on the grounds of how he could have made a phone call, called the police, screamed for help at the balcony, was a bad witness, had reasonable time to reflect before he took his action,How could Pistorius not be guilty of murder? He had his girl friend in the room with him at the time he heard the noise supposedly, now if the judge is saying he had reasonable time, shouldn't he have checked where his girl friend was first? Shouldn't he at the very least have called her name?Shouldn't he have said baby, stay down or baby are you alright? Also after the very first shot, wouldn't he have heard the girl friends cry? scream or groan? That dude is as guilty as a fat man caught with a double whopper Mac Donalds! I can't believe he got away with this..just ridiculous!
And now the judge might contradict herself, cos if he didn't plan or mean to kill his girl friend like he said, she has to give him the lightest sentence possible, cos he didn't intend to did he?
Which means Oscar could get a house arrest,be fined or be asked to do community service.Unbelievable!
