Angelina Jolie in the drug use video posted by Daily Mail. |
If Angela Jolie is really suing the Daily Mail over her drug den Video then i think Jolie is making a big mistake. That story has come and gone, people were not so shocked about that video cos we all knew about Jolie's drug past.I mean it wasn't exactly a secret was it? She spoke about it herself.By going to court, that story will be covered over and over again,an excuse for more publications to cover the story, more tv stations, more radio stations taking about the Angela Jolie drug video, big mistake.
Is this what she really wants? Jolie has 6 kids and the more this story is played out,the more they keep seeing this story. As it is,the story was news for two days tops.A court case and it's gonna be the headlines everyday, and you might not think this is possible but more people will get to hear about it.
Another danger is more revelations coming out at the court case, this is usually the case, another big mistake.
I know Angelina Jolie feels pained and angry about the drug use video ,especially at the tittle which read “Bloodshot hollow eyes, emaciated arms and rambling on the phone: Haunting video of Angelina Jolie the heroin addict." But hey, sometimes you just got to count your losses and move on.The Video came back to haunt her but these things happen,if she is honest she probably knew this might happen some day.
One the scenes that amde the Daily Mail describe Jolie as “Bloodshot hollow eyes, emaciated arms and rambling on the phone: Haunting video of Angelina Jolie the heroin addict." |
Here's how the London Times reported the news about Angelina Jolie thinking of suing The Daily Mail.
Angelina Jolie is following George Clooney’s actions this week by taking legal action against the Daily Mail over the publishing of an unflattering video, the London Times reports.
A 16-min National Enquirer video showing a tired and emaciated Jolie was published to the Daily Mail's
website accompanied by the headline, “Bloodshot hollow eyes, emaciated arms and rambling on the phone: Haunting video of Angelina Jolie the heroin addict." The video has since been removed and the headline, changed to a more flattering opener: “How Angelina went from heroin... to heroine: Jolie overcomes troubled past to become top Hollywood actress, mother-of-six and UN envoy.”
The drug use video captures a less-than-glamorous Jolie pacing back and forth while talking on the phone. Reportedly filmed by her then drug dealer Franklin Meyer, the article also states the actress was speaking with her father, actor Jon Voight.
Jolie is reportedly claiming that the Daily Mail's posting of the drug den video is a “gross violation of her privacy.”
Jolie’s close friend and fellow actor George Clooney has also publicly slammed the Daily Mail this week with a piece published in USA Today.
