A stupid prankster has been arrested for sending phony texts messages to people warning them about bomb blasts.
According to Security operatives in Abuja the arrested man is accused of creating panic by sending phony text messages threatening people about impending Boko Haram attacks.
Ugwu Lawrence, the suspect, reportedly confessed to the crime after being traced and
arrested by security agents, the Nigerian Defence Headquartersreports.
He was nabbed after sending text messages warning people about future bombings of some hotels in Abuja.
Lawrence reportedly said he dispatched the fake text messages as an act of revenge towards one of the companies that refused to offer him employment. Even his excuse is funny,shows why the company did not offer him an appointment.They must have known he was a stupid man.He obviously did not realise the panic and danger sending texts about impending bomb attacks can cause.
The case is currently under investigation.
