Rotimi Amaechi stopped by soldiers entering Akure and his plane is Grounded!

What is it with Rotimi Amaech and planes? He was grounded and arrested in Kano while trying to go see the newly Emir of Kano,Sanusi Lamido Sanusi..and now while trying to gain entry into Ekiti state for Governor Fayemi's APC rally in Ondo state,he has once
again been stopped by soldiers! And to add salt to the injury,his plane has been grounded in Akure..so he is trapped in the State...Who is behind all these?
