There indeed is a brave emergence of young Nigerians.Recently there have been many causes which have been championed by young Nigerians with the help of social media and protests.Light up Nigeria and the subsidy protests readily comes to mind.
The young man who was arrested and detained for 12 days because he tweeted live proceedings of the Boko Haram and SSS break out was released last night because of the outcry of young Nigerians on social media.A bunch of them also went to the Lagos office of the DSS this morning to protest, demanding his immediate release.This was

I hope many more young Nigerians joins this kind of outcry and help force those in power to do as they were expected to when voted in power.Once those in power know there is accountability of their actions,most of our problems as a nation will diminish.
