unknowingly,this time though Rihanna may have taken her weekly Man Crush Monday series too far after jokingly comparing a black man's lips to a leather sofa prompting some to hurl racist allegations at the 'Diamonds' singer, however, the man himself isn't too bothered by the insult and is actually flattered to be mentioned by the star.
The 'Pour It Up' singer, who celebrated her 26th birthday yesterday, took part in the Man Crush Monday social network phenomenon sharing a photo of a relatively unknown rapper alongside a close-up shot of his lips and a brown sofa making a rather offensive comparison.
It didn't take long for some to claim the Bajan singer's post was racially motivated with various blog sites and Instagram users commenting on the dig. However, one person who isn't offended by the joke is the man who appears in the photo, an aspiring rapper named Ramon McFarlane who goes by the alias of MC Moeblak.
The rapper told TMZ: “My lips are black as s**t. At least they're black as s**t and famous now. Now I hope people want to know what comes out of [his lips]. Hopefully she will want to collab with me and do music.” # However, the man in question is happy he's now famous!!! Tehehehehe
