Its Smoke,PUFF&ROLL As Justin Bieber Parties hard with Rap Legends Puffy,Dupri,Rick Ross et al

It's been an eventful few weeks for Justin Bieber with two arrests and allegations of drug taking and excessive partying.



And the 19-year-old singer isn't ready to calm down, spending Wednesday night partying in Atlanta with a crew of rappers including Diddy, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James along with his new 'bad girl' lover Chantel Jeffries while surrounded by a cloud of suspicious looking smoke.



Justin tried his best to look like a hard man, going shirtless to show off his vast tattoo collection and heavy gold chains as he surrounded himself with the posse at the CIROC vodka party at Vanquish nightclub.

Still going strong! Chantel Jeffries, who was with Justin when he was arrested in Miami for alleged drag-racing last month, accompanied him to the party 

He also left his sunglasses on inside along with a backwards baseball cap.It was claimed Justin – who had marijuana and Xanax in his system when he was arrested in Miami for allegedly drag racing last month – was drinking water all night but while he carried an AQUAhydrate bottle, it did not appear to contain water.



Ironically AQUAhydrate is a water brand promoted by Diddy and Mark Wahlberg which promises to cure hangovers. 

Wahlberg said last year, 'AQUAhydrate allows you to drink Cîroc vodka all night. This is a miracle cure for a hangover. I told him you'll wake up fresh as a daisy the next day and that’s how I got him on board.'

Bieber's night out came just after he was accused of abusing a flight attendant on a private jet until she was forced to hide in the cockpit.What's in the bottle? While Justin carried an AQUAhydrate bottle, it didn't look like it was filled with the hangover busting water

The troubled teen singer and his entourage were also said to have smoked so much marijuana on a flight between Canada and New Jersey that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.



Bieber his father Jeremy, 38, and ten friends travelled on the leased jet to Teterboro airport ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday and were allegedly so verbally abusive towards the female flight attendant that she refuses to work for him again.Despite several warnings, the singer and his father Jeremy would not stop verbally abusing the flight attendant, and she eventually hid in cockpit with the pilots to avoid Bieber and his entourage.

According to an official report, the Bieber men were 'extremely abusive' towards the flight attendant.

'The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana', the official report of the incident, obtained by NBC News, reads.

'The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behaviour toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse.'

His mentor's mentor: Diddy took Usher under his wing when he was first starting out and Usher in turn did the same for Bieber 

He's a good boy: While his rapper pals were spotted with bottles of alcohol and suspicious looking cigarettes, Bieber appeared to only be drinking flavoured water

Bieber currently has two criminal cases pending in Florida and in his native Canada.  

Last week he turned himself into Toronto authorities after being charged with assault on a limo driver.
TMZ reported that the fight began when Bieber asked for the music to be turned up. 

The driver obliged, but not as much as Bieber was hoping, so he apparently stuck his hand through the partition to do it himself.

The driver swatted his hand away and then it allegedly erupted into a full-on smack fest as Bieber hit the driver in the head multiple times. 

He already faces a charge of driving under the influence after getting caught drag racing in Miami.
Bieber has pleaded not guilty to DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid licence in the Miami case.

Bieber told police after the arrest that he had been smoking marijuana and had taken a prescription drug, saying that his mother gave him the medication.
