This video of Arowolo breaking down in court shows there are no winners in this sad case of spousal abuse
turning to murder.That poor girl lost her life in the most tragic way you can imagine..and now Arowolo the husband is about to lose his..two families destroyed.
A lesson to all those with abusive tendencies to seek help.It was a very pitiful sight seeing Akolade Arowolo break down at the court premises in Lagos after being sentenced to death on Friday 21st Feb for killing his wife.If you missed this story,see Arowolo sentenced to hanging for killing his wife. Seeing this,you can't help but feel sorry for him,but then you stop and think he had killed his wife so barbarically after abusing her physically repeatedly for years.
I still feel he should be locked up in a mental institution rather than hanged as the court had sentenced..a man who stabs his wife 76 times in my opinion could not have been normal,i think he is a schizo or had a breakdown...either way if any of the two is the case,he should not be killed but locked up in a mental home.
