Henry Earl is the world's most arrested man.The 64-year-old, from Lexington, Kentucky, has been
arrested more than 1,500 times.
He was first arrested in July 1970 at the age of 20.
The homeless man, nicknamed 'James Brown', has become so much of a celebrity in his

Earl, who spent his 64th birthday behind bars in October, is scheduled to appear in a Fayette County court today after being arrested for 'alcohol intoxication' last week.
Indeed, most of his arrests have been for public drunkenness.
Earl was first arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and was arrested a further 33 times in that decade.
In the 1980s, he was arrested 230 times, and in 2008 was arrested for the 1,000th time - again for public intoxication.
Ginny Ramsey, co-founder of Lexington's Catholic Action Center, told CNN: "You can't help but love him, I tell you.
"He's as honest as the day is long. With Henry Earl, you're going to hear the truth."
