R Kelly news..
A lot of you might have recently seen the uproar about Rkelly in the news in the last couple of
days.Allegations of R Kelly's past has come up again..how Kelly allegedly married Aaliyah as an underage and his infamous video with the young girls amongst other things.You may also recall that R Kelly actually went on trial and was aquitted on sexual Charges concerning a minor.Rumours
circulated that he bought a lot of this girls and their families to keep them quiet...Now back to my earlier issue of the new rumblings about his past,all these allegations have come up again with a certain reporter making all sorts of allegations which he claimed were public records so he cannot be sued by R Kelly for revealing them.Based on all these,( in case you missed the allegations,see HERE) i expected something profound from R Kelly when he is eventually asked about new uproar( especially coming from a reporter who broke the R Kelly s.ex tape story 15 years ago),but his reply or reaction greatly disappointed me...this is what he said when asked :
“Well I feel like I got the football man, I’m running towards the touchdown and stopping and looking back, mess around, I’ll get tackled,” Now what the hell IS THAT?? Is that the best he can do? That smells of GUILT TO ME i'm sorry to say!I expected an emphatic denial,an outrage from him.But what did we get? A whimper of crap And this is coming from a No 1 R Kelly fan..i think the man is a genius but his actions are unforgivable..he further said in the interview,“When you get on top of anything, it’s very windy,” he said. “It’s about holding your balance once you get up there…You have to spiritually be a climber.”
I hope all this is in R Kelly's past,everybody deserves a 2nd chance..there hasnt been any new allegations since the old ones..i hope he is at a good place now and he does not revisit that nasty terrible place...One of R Kelly's Classics is "if i could turn back the hand of time" i hope he can say that to himself....
