The French Lower House Parliament passed a reform law on Prostitution imposing fines on clients.French Parliament pass law to fine and criminalise people paying for personal services.
The law is a radical switch away from the country's known stance for tolerance.Those behind the move claimed Human trafficking was one of the main reasons to pass the reform law.It was claimed that 90% of France's Prostitution population came from human trafficking and the countries mostly affected by this trafficking were China,Nigeria and Romanian
