Fela  possibly made the most appearances in a court room by any human in Nigeria,well bar the lawyers,judges and court clerks etc.As of the time Fela appeared in court for trumped up currency charges in September 1984,Fela had appeared in court 451 times!! That's an incredible figure..i
thought it was 300+,but learning that figure totally blew my mind! Anyway here is Fela after another court appearance,and judging by that smile on his face,he was victorious i'm guessing!

Three very famous Nigerian musicians,Fela Kuti,Osita Osadebe and Victor Uwaifor.

 Three famous Nigerian musicians and two very huge ego's in particular,Victor Uwaifor and Fela Kuti.Each man will have you believe he was the greatest musician in Nigeria or Africa as a whole.They were booth great men and amazing musicians.Both very Original and multi instrumentalists.Another thing they had in common was they were both great showmen and stage performers.Victor Uwaifor has some amazing stage wears..and we all know about Fela's trademark figure hugging uniforms.

This picture in particular surprised me.Fela was a typical African man, didn't he sing "I no be gentle man at all o"? So i'm surprised he could actually help with the cooking.The other surprising thing is,there are so many women here sitting around,none of them involved with the preparations,yet Fela didn't seem to mind helping out..very complex guy.Can't predict Fela Kuti.

I still don't know how he managed to keep so many women happy and under the same roof! Some serious management skills going on there i suppose.
